The Longstream story
Years seeking perfection
Longstream began as a garage experiment in 2018 chasing the perfect evening tipple — recycled bottles and a small still soon took over the six-car family garage in Mangaroa Valley.
Friends and neighbours were the first to taste and critique our initial batches. As interest grew, we perfected our Classic Blonde Gin and Louie’s Limoncello.
Because it is a “labour of love” there was no need to take short cuts such as using commercially sourced alcohol as it’s base. Longstream alcohol is fermented on site using traditional processes.
We use industry-leading automation allowing us to perfect and record every run, from ferment to bottle.
